Application
Mix the Discoloring Powder with the Developer Emulsion, using a brush and appropriate gloves. The time of action should be controlled by the professional according to the degree of bleaching desired. After the pause time, rinse with warm water and shampoo.
Tip: For best results use together with the rest of the Blond Blond line.
