Dust free: it does not lift dust and its discoloration is ultrafast with high gloss finish. Mixing with the Creamy Developing Emulsion allows for the accomplishment of any process of discoloration, wicks and reflexes.

Application: Mix Blotting Powder with Developing Emulsion using a suitable brush and gloves. The action time should be controlled by the professional according to the degree of bleaching desired. After the break time, rinse with warm water and Shampoo.
