Application: Apply a small amount on damp hair and massage until foam. If necessary repeat the application. Rinse and condition next.
Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair, strand by strand, starting at the ends and gently massaging the strands. Let stand for 10 to 20 minutes, with or without heat source, and rinse well.
