Application:
In a non-metallic container, mix in the proportion of 1 measure of Premium Blond Felps Color Hair De-coloring Powder for 2 measures of Emulsion in the appropriate volume for the chosen technique, until obtaining a homogeneous and creamy consistency.
The action time should be controlled by the professional according to the desired degree of whitening. After a pause, rinse completely with warm water for total removal of the product. For better performance of the result, use the Felps Xrepair line for treatment. Finish as you wish.
